ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Excessive Courtroom (IHC) Tuesday dismissed a petition of former finance minister Shaukat Tareen looking for acquittal in a reference associated to the alleged corruption in Rental Energy Mission (RPP) case.
A divisional bench of IHC comprising Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani introduced the judgment in an enchantment of former finance minister, which was earlier reserved by the bench.
